Focusing on poor information technology application ability, low production efficiency and weak control ability; four is the network collaboration application mode, focusing on the complex structure of the industrial chain, information asymmetry, low collaboration efficiency and other issues; five is the personalized customization application mode, focusing on the high degree of product homogeneity, low added value and diversified needs can not be effectively met, and other issues; six is the extension of the application mode of service, focusing on the competitiveness of traditional manufacturing Sixth, the service extension application mode, focusing on the decline of traditional manufacturing competitiveness, the single product supply mode of industrial enterprises and the high demand for after-sales service.
