It is reported that the industrial Internet platform innovation pilot application case main collection direction includes six modes, one is the platform design application mode, focusing on industrial design resources scattered, tools and software backwardness and weak innovation capacity and other issues; two is the digital management application mode, focusing on the low degree of data development and utilization of industrial enterprises, low efficiency of management decision-making and information silos and other issues; three is the intelligent manufacturing application mode. Focusing on poor information technology application ability, low production efficiency and weak control ability; four is the network collaboration application mode, focusing on the complex structure of the industrial chain, information asymmetry, low collaboration efficiency and other issues; five is the personalized customization application mode, focusing on the high degree of product homogeneity, low added value and diversified needs can not be effectively met, and other issues; six is the extension of the application mode of service, focusing on the competitiveness of traditional manufacturing Sixth, the service extension application mode, focusing on the decline of traditional manufacturing competitiveness, the single product supply mode of industrial enterprises and the high demand for after-sales service.

Recently, the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the 2022 Industrial Internet Platform Innovation Pilot Application Case List, this time a total of 137 application cases were selected for the list.The application case of Xinsong Medical's "Innovative Application of Industrial Internet Cloud MES for Intelligent Management and Control of Assembly Manufacturing" was successfully selected for this list!The application case focuses on production and manufacturing optimization, quality control, operation management, on-demand customization and other scenarios. By building and applying the industrial Internet cloud MES system platform and integrating and applying edge computing, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies, it solves problems such as uncertainty of order changes and production cycles, poor planning, and difficulty in tracking the process, thus improving production efficiency.
